Mitchell E. Baroody
Mitch is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, the State of Vermont, State of Tennessee, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He is also able to represent clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (only in Trademark Actions), the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, the U.S. Copyright Office, Federal Trade Commission, International Trade Commission, and other Administrative Agencies.
He obtained a B.A. in Political Science from The Citadel: The Military College of South Carolina. After graduating The Citadel, he attended Elon University School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctorate (JD). After graduating law school, Mitch also obtained a Masters of Science in Health Care Administration with a focus in Fraud Management from Colorado State University Global Campus.
